Former Turner prize winner Mark Wallinger takes his sculptural expertise to one of the grandest Oxford colleges, Nicholas Glass reports.

It's a city known better for its dreaming spires than its monuments to modern art. But Mark Wallinger, who won last year's Turner Prize for his replica of Brian Haw's anti-war protest, has built a steel sculpture in the August grounds of Magdalen College, Oxford.
