James Corden is in talks to write jokes for an ice cream company's lolly sticks.
The Gavin and Stacey star was asked by Wall's Ice Cream to write a series of short gags that will appear on a limited edition of the brand's ice creams and ice lollies.
A spokesman for the company said: "We instantly thought that James would be the perfect person to create a series of jokes for all our limited edition lolly sticks that would appeal to the whole family.
"He's unique and has a fantastic sense of humour so we really believe that his jokes will have the nation roaring with laughter this summer."
Corden, who plays Smithy in the hit comedy, also co-writes the show with Ruth Jones who plays Nessa.
He picked up Best Male Comedy Newcomer and the programme won Best New British Television Comedy at last year's Baftas.
