It's the worst month for the UK in Afghanistan since the war began, seven years ago, as the thirteenth British soldier this month dies.

The British soldier who died on Saturday was killed by a mine.

Military commanders say the Taliban have changed tactics, increasing their use of roadside bombs and targetting soft targets like supply convoys.
