Batman star Christian Bale released on bail after arrest for alleged assaults

Christian Bale is arrested and bailed until September over claims that he assaulted two family members.
Bale, who attended the European premiere of the Dark Knight in London last night, is alleged to have lashed out at his mother and sister at a hotel on Sunday.
Tonight his solicitor issued a statement denying the allegations.
