Biography

Andrew Thomas is a producer, director and reporter for More4 News.

Abroad, he got an exclusive pre-trial interview with disgraced historian David Irving, and has reported on the scandal of fake veterans claiming to have fought in Iraq, on consumer culture in Bosnia and, from Holland, on whether Valentines flowers can ever be an ethical gift.

In the UK, a report he made on changes to the Coroners' laws won the Bar Council's Legal report of the Year - More4 News's first award.

Prior to More4 News, Andrew was a producer for the BBC's Newsnight. He has also made documentaries for Channel 4 and ITV - one of which won a Royal Television Award - and worked as a travel writer for the Sunday Times.

He begun his career on a graduate Trainee Scheme with Carlton Television.
